Yeah, S3 was really good. Full of drama and tension, which some people have disliked, but I thought it made the show more mature and realistic. I liked it a lot.
By the way, what are the stats now? It's funny - a lot of people hated 'Married With Fishsticks.'

Since 1997...so...7 years now. 2. Have you seen (a) every episode more than once, (b) every episode at least once, (c) most of the episodes, (d) fewer than half of the episodes? I've seen every episode more than once, including the worst of the worst. 3. Do you still watch X:WP (on TV, video or DVD)? If yes, do you watch (a) every day, (b) once or twice a week, (c) a few times a month, (d) a few times a year? Yep, I still watch them and have been buying the dvds (my vhs tapes are pretty much garabge at this point from abuse). I watch a few times a month when I can find the time. 4. How long have you been in the online fandom? Good question....maybe for 6 years...maybe a little longer. I started with the Studios USA boards, then moved to Talking Xena, and then I came here, though I frequent TX as well. I also occassionaly pop up at SF-fandom. 5. How do you feel about the series' ending? (a) loved it, (b) liked it, (c) had mixed feelings, (d) disliked it, (e) hated it? I hated it, but that's another post all in itself. 6. Rank the seasons from most to least favorite. Season 1 Season 2 Season 3 Season 6 Season 5 Season 4 (but actually, I like Seasona 1,2,3 about the same) 7. Your five favorite and five least favorite episodes? Too many to list....maybe a top five in each, no particular order? Yes, I both read and write fan fiction. I generally go for either general ficition or one's that have a pairing that I like, but I don't go for one's that are pure romance...at least, not often. Ratings need not apply, though I usually read PG-13 and up because they are usually the more well written and more interesting ones to me. Usually I wind up reading somewhere in the R ratings. I write whatever stories come to mind...some early attempts of mine can be found at www.fanfiction.net under the name of Deadly Chakram. As of yet, I have not followed any virtual seasons for lack of time. Battle On,

I have been a Xena fan since Ep. 1 soo that would be 1995 Do You Still Watch XWP? Oh yes. I am buying all of the seasons so I can watch whenever I want. How Long Have You Been In The Online Fandom? For at leaste a year. I didnt know of any online forums for a long time. I just recently founf this one in Dec. of 2003 I think. How Do You Feel About The Series Ending? Oh I hate it with a passion. I believe the series could have went on a couple of years more. I dont like the way Xena had to die. Rank The Seasons Well...I guess out of all season five was my leaste fav. I didnt like the vision. It made me want to cry everytime i saw it because I felt that the show was coming close to an end. Your Favorite Characters Xena,Gabby,Ares,Salmoneous,Joxer,Ephiny,Caesar,Callisto Do you Read or Write Fanfic? I read fan fic every now and then. I was enjoying it for a long time until I started longing to see pictures and move ment. I started to miss the show even more.   "If i wanted to kill you you'd be dead already"

I try to watch at least one episode a day, and i'm in the middle of collectin the DVD boxsets 4. since season 2. i had caught it once or twice on tv but never fully paid attention, until my friend told me to watch it because "you're gonna like it, trust me!" so i did and i've been a fan(atic) ever since. 2. Have you seen (a) every episode more than once, (b) every episode at least once, (c) most of the episodes, (d) fewer than half of the episodes? i've seen most episodes at least twice, thanks to dvds and reruns 3. Do you still watch X:WP (on TV, video or DVD)? If yes, do you watch (a) every day, (b) once or twice a week, (c) a few times a month, (d) a few times a year? i catch it on oxygen in the morning while i'm getting ready for either work or school, and i'll watch my dvd collection when i'm going through withdrawals 4. How long have you been in the online fandom? i first logged on 8 years ago when i was 16. besides xena, i've been part of other fandoms, mostly x-files and buffy (and angelina jolie! if that counts) 5. How do you feel about the series' ending? (a) loved it, (b) liked it, (c) had mixed feelings, (d) disliked it, (e) hated it? i liked it because i thought they had so much guts doing it. it was really dramatic, beautifully shot, and heart-wrenching. i just love japanese culture, so seeing them in that environment was a bonus. but because i love the characters deeply, i have a hard time watching it, especially the last scene with gabrielle alone on the boat. it just makes me sad and i don't want that image in my head. 6. The more you watch Neighbours the more you like Akemi! Though Michelle Ang isn't in Neighbours any more, but when she was there you saw Akemi.... and you saw the character in Neighbour's develop. Then you go back to AFIN 1 and 2, and for some reason you like the character. :LOL:

Mostly it's the newer eps I haven't seen due to station change confusion. 3. Do you still watch X:WP (on TV, video or DVD)? It's off and on... hence, I was on for a few years, got sidetracked with college, and now I'm back again! 5. How do you feel about the series' ending? I can't really remember, but it started when I was in middle school, so about seven years ago. 2. (c): I watched for a while, then fell out of my craze, then came back into it about a year ago, so I have seen seasons 1-3, and most of 6, and am now anxiously awaiting the release of seasons 4-6 to come out. 3. Do you still watch X:WP (on TV, video or DVD)? If yes, do you watch (a) every day, (b) oncer or twice a week, (c) a few times a month, (d) a few times a year? YES!!! I watch at the very minimum 2 episodes a day. I've seen seasons 1-3 about four times in their entirety. 4. How long have you been in the online fandom? just recently got involved. 5. How do you feel about the series' ending? (a) liked it, (b) loved it, (c) had mixed feelings, (d) disliked it, (e) hated it? I haven't seen FIN yet, but should soon as it is to be shown on Oxygen on Tuesday. 6. Rank the seasons from the most to the least favorite. Like I said, I've only seen 1-3, and most of 6, and love each. 7. Your five favorite and five least favorite episodes. I absolutely loved Bitter Suite, mostly because I love musicals (that is my ultimate dream, to write a musical. That is why I am studying film scoring at Berklee College of Music) I really enjoy the comedies like A Day in the Life, and Fins Femmes and Gems. I also really liked IOM. Picking my least favorite is hard, but I would have to say that Vanishing Act was pretty bad, and King Con (although Rafe was pretty hott!). 8. Your favorite characters (name as many as you wish). Naturally, Xena and Gabby, then there would be Ephiny, Callisto, Hower, Minya, Ares, Rafe (mmm), Anmarice, and lots more that I can't think of right know. 9. Which romantic pairing do you like? B always seems like there might be a chance, but never could really happen. C...that's hard, but I would have to say no, I just keep getting flashbacks of when Joxer was trying to kidnap Gabby for Callisto, and Gabby kicking Joxer a**. D is looking pretty good.  . E, I liked Xena and Antony, that is until she killed him. 10. Do you read/write fanfiction? Any particular type? Do you follow any of the virtual seasons? I enjoy reading the fanfiction, and have not attempted to write any...yet, and didn't know there were virtual seasons. |
