1. How long have you been a Xena fan?
I've loved Xena since I first saw an episode but I've been obsessed since July 2001 when I saw the episode where Xena gives birth to Solan. I came home and had to wait until Xena started showing on foxtel which wasn't very long ago.

2. Have you seen (a) every episode more than once, (b) every episode at least once, (c) most of the episodes, (d) fewer than half of the episodes?
D - I have only seen S1 and S5 completely, bits of the end of S4 and random episodes from S2 and 3.

3. Do you still watch X:WP (on TV, video or DVD)? If yes, do you watch (a) every day, (b) once or twice a week, (c) a few times a month, (d) a few times a year?
A - I watch my S1 DVD's atleast once a day and I watch the episodes showing on foxtel which at the moment is S6 starting on Monday!!!

4. How long have you been in the online fandom?
Ummm....I'm not really sure. Less than 6 months I'd say

5. How do you feel about the series' ending? (a) loved it, (b) liked it, (c) had mixed feelings, (d) disliked it, (e) hated it?
E - Ofcourse I hated the fact that my fav show only had 6 seasons! There should be....2000000 lol

Well atm, S1 and S5 are both good!!!

I had mixed feelings about the series ending, I didn't want it to go.

I do read fanfiction almost everyday. :read

I usually read shipper fanfic, but sometimes I read just general fanfic. I do follow the virtual seasons. For the shipper virtual shipper seasons, I can't wait to read the next episode. As for writing fanfic, I've always wanted to, but I'm not that brave enough to. :type

Since I was 5, I'm now 13 that makes 8 years, and I first saw an episode on Saturday at 10:30am . it was halfway through Cradle of Hope. I tried to keep watching it but never got up in time to see what it was called :lol

Either A or C, I'm not sure if I've seen them all more than once or all of them.

Hm...well I am guessing since about the middle of 1997. Started watching it when I was about 10. So about 6 years.

2. Have you seen (a) every episode more than once, (b) every episode at least once, (c) most of the episodes, (d) fewer than half of the episodes?

Between a and b. I have seen every single episode but their are a couple that I have only seen once.

3. Do you still watch X:WP (on TV, video or DVD)? If yes, do you watch (a) every day, (b) once or twice a week, (c) a few times a month, (d) a few times a year?

Probably b. I occassionally catch an episode on Oxygen.

4. How long have you been in the online fandom?

Well I discovered Whoosh! after Season 5 and was shocked that they had spoilers for the episode and all of this information before the episode airs! I never really joined any online fandoms until a few weeks after the series ended, that's when I found Talking Xena. I lurked for a long time before I actually started "talking" with other Xenites.

5. How do you feel about the series' ending? (a) loved it, (b) liked it, (c) had mixed feelings, (d) disliked it, (e) hated it?

I liked it. I thought that killing Xena was really the only way to go, and that she finally got redemption. It would have been niced if it was set in Greece though, didn't care as much for the Japan stuff.

Liked it and figured that's how the series would end (Xena dying) but really should have been more hints or hint of Yodoshi and Akemi throughout the season so that the finale would have been stregthened.

Basically A, although there are a couple I've only seen once.

C - yes, a few times a month.

Since fall of 1997.

A - loved it, apart from one particularly lame plot device.

Can't do it. Since they were shot in 6 and 8 week stretches, and often the first eight of one season were almost immediately done after the final six of another....and the crew often changed in between those breaks ...and sometimes something was written in one season but filmed in another... it's very artificial.

I've seen every single episode at least 4 times. Including those that I didn't like.

Yes, I have seen every episode, and I've seen a lot of them many times.

I still watch Xena, yes. I'd like to watch an ep once a week, but lately I haven't had the time to do so.

Almost 3 years now, I think.

I have to say that I have mixed feelings about it. Though it's hard to think of Xena dying in the end, I think that her dying a warrior was something that needed to happen. It's sad, but I don't hate the finale and I don't love it either. It depends on my mood, I guess.

1. While I watched X:WP from the SOTP premiere, I guess I couldn't call myself a "Xena fan" until after Hooves & Harlots, and a true Xenite until the time of The Prodigal (spring 1996).

2. (b)...The Play's The Thing was the first ep that I couldn't bring myself to watch twice in its entirety.

3. I still watch X:WP on Oxygen; depending on the season being shown, my answer probably averages out to (b)...once or twice a week.

Since "For Him the Bell Tolls" first aired. I guess that's 1997. I was a casual viewer before that, and saw all the Herc TV movies also.

2. Have you seen (a) every episode more than once, (b) every episode at least once, (c) most of the episodes, (d) fewer than half of the episodes?
I have seen every episode several times, thanks to Oxygen, but from s3-s5 also watched virtually every broadcast, including repeats. (s6 coincided with my move to Bellingham, and it was not conducive to Xena-watching, though I did catch the repeats.)

3. Do you still watch X:WP (on TV, video or DVD)? If yes, do you watch (a) every day, (b) once or twice a week, (c) a few times a month, (d) a few times a year?
Only a few times a month right now. Since Oxygen is now into s5 I won't be watching very much at all. I have the s1 DVD set and tapes of all episodes (including the original version of "The Way").

Since 1998. I submitted a review of "The Bitter Suite" to Whoosh! (appearing in issue 19) and joined the Gabrielle and Joxer Romantics Society as one of its earliest members, as well as Ted Raimi's fan club, about that time as well.

About XWP ending in general: it was long overdue. About AFIN: Part II is on my Ten Worst Episodes list. To borrow a famous poetic line, XWP went out not with a bang but a whimper. I later told Whoosh! that just as in the song in A Chorus Line, I felt nothing.

As most folks know, I've written a modest amount of fan fiction, beginning in 1998. My specialty remains Gabrielle/Joxer romantic comedy, but I have also done a couple of stories that fit canon (e.g. "Payback Time"), straight dramas ("Four Against the Darkness"), and even over-the-top parody ("The Rene O'Connor Show"). My best story (IMHO) remains "Educating Joxer."

I also read quite a bit of fan fiction, preferring "general" stories. Because of my membership in the GJRS and the Joxerite Fan Fiction Guild I have read a great deal of Joxer-friendly fiction. Many of my favorite authors belong to one or the other, usually both. I do read subber material but try to avoid Joxer-unfriendly authors. (I like CN Winters and L.N. James among others.) I am now beginning to get acquainted with shipper material, thanks to Lady Kate. However, I have not as yet tackled any of the virtual seasons.

A-I've seen every episode more than once, well except for FIN, I saw it when it first aired and I haven't been able to watch it since.
