As you know, we don't have any restrictions on shippers posting in Subtext Zone and subtexters posting in Shipper Talk, as long as posters are respectful of the purpose of the forum.
In the spirit of respect, we would like to suggest that people who have shipper pictures or quotes in their signatures disable their custom signature when posting in Subtext Zone, and people with subtext pictures or quotes in their signatures do the same when posting in Shipper Talk.
To do that, you simply click on the little "include custom signature" box under the text box, and make sure it's unchecked.
This is not a board rule and no one is going to get any warnings or admonishments for posting in SZ with a shipper sig or vice versa. It's just a suggestion for showing some common courtesy to your fellow posters.

If it does, I'm sure I'll hear about it. 
Knowing how everybody will follow this request, it is even going to be MORE ridiculous when a shipper comes here without the quotes and signatures but WITH a picture of Xena/Ares kissing each other or whatever in their avatars under their name. Same goes for when subtexters go to the shipper forum.
But avatars aren't quite as .... in your face as signatures. IMO.
