Welcome back to the "Ambiguities of fact" series of polls, in which we ask our members for their own personal opinion on facts that were left
ambiguous in the X:WP canon. This series explores ambiguities of fact only -- that is, things that may be factually
true or not true in Xenaverse (for instance, had Xena ever seen Ares in his true form before The Reckoning). It does
not deal with ambiguities of intent (such as, "did Xena intend to commit suicide in Sins of the Past") or
possibility (such as, "would Xena have killed Tataka in Gabrielle's body if nothing else could be done").
Please remember, the answer should represent your personal opinion only -- not what you think TPTB intended to show.
We came up with a list of 25 questions which I will be asking in random order (using numbers picked by a numbers generator website).
A note on the options: some people have questioned whether "probably true" and "almost certainly true" is the same thing. For the purposes of this poll, let's assume that "probably true" means somewhere between 60% and 95% probability, whereas "almost certainly" is 95% or higher.
In this poll, we explore a question related to Coming Home, where Ares (when already insane) says that Artemis appeared to him in a dream and told him the Amazons had ambrosia. Was it really Artemis, or one of the Furies trying to set him up to attack the Amazons? Maybe not a big issue, but still interesting.
