It was the one where Cordelia turned a corner with the never ending visions, and helping the helpless became more than just something catchy she said on the phone. It was when Angel realized how important Wesley and Cordelia was to him, and was given some hope about his future. It was when they solidifed as a family rather than just being co-workers.

And personally, as a C/A shipper, I loved how determined Angel was to bring Cordelia back from her catotonic state, because he needed her, and how unhesitantly he cut off Lindsey's hand when the pipsqeek tried to burn the scroll that would cure her. Sort of reminds me how he brained that swami with the rebar in s3 for sending her the killer visions.
