1. How long have you been a Xena fan?
Depends. I watched the show as a kid but didn't watch religiously, just liked it because of ass-kickin' Xena.
Came back and watched it as a teenager and WOW I missed a lot! I'd say then I'm a Xena n00b.

2. Have you seen (a) every episode more than once, (b) every episode at least once, (c) most of the episodes, (d) fewer than half of the episodes?
I've seen most of the episodes. Still getting around to watching all of 'em.

3. Do you still watch X:WP (on TV, video or DVD)? If yes, do you watch (a) every day, (b) once or twice a week, (c) a few times a month, (d) a few times a year?
YEP! On DVD. Once or twice a week.

4. How long have you been in the online fandom?
uhh 2 days? Does Youtube count? cuz then it's about a week.

5. How do you feel about the finale and the way the show ended? (a) loved it, (b) liked it, (c) had mixed feelings, (d) disliked it, (e) hated it?
At the beginning I liked it but as more time goes on, I have mixed feelings. The ending was so right and so wrong at the same time. I think it made sense for the series to end that way, but I don't think RT or RJ really thought about the political arena they were stepping into with Xena's BRUTAL end (and by that I mean the giant fight and how she...ya know...gave Gabrielle the ultimate head?)

6. Rank the seasons from most to least favorite.
uhhh 4, 2, 3, 6, 1, 5...I think.

7. Your five favorite and five least favorite episodes?
5 faves: Ides of March, The Quest, The Bitter Suite, When Fates Collide and it's a toss up between the Norse trilogy and the Debts. (c'mon I really can't pick just 5)
5 least faves: Vanishing Act (wtf seriously), Lifeblood, Return of Callisto, Antony and Cleopatra (coulda used more fight scenes...), King Con.

8. Your favorite characters (as many as you wish).
In Xena? Uh...Xena! Gabrielle, Callisto, Alti, Ephiny, Joxer (Virgil you will never be as good as your father was! *shakes fist*) Lao Ma, Athena, Najara and I guess Caesar since he's so evil and clever.

9. Which romantic pairings do you like? (pick as many as you like) (a) Xena/Gabrielle, (b) Xena/Ares, (c) Gab/Joxer, (d) Gab/Virgil, (e) other, (f) none.
Xena/Gabrielle hehe. Xena/Akemi, Xena/Anokin, Xena/Callisto is pretty wicked too. I also like Gabrielle/Ephiny even though that's a REAL stretch, but clearly they liked each other as friends at least. Xena/Ares is also nice but I feel like Xena uses Ares too much. Poor guy, give him a break! I also had a running bet that Alti liked Xena, which I didn't win until I checked out the WFC script excerpts. Haha, James, I win!

10. Do you read and/or write fanfiction? Any particular type? Do you follow any of the virtual seasons?
Yes, I've just started writing fanfic. So far it's all X/G alternative fanfic. I followed all of the subtext virtual seasons. (it only goes up to 10 right?!) Are there others? God, I'm such a n00b.

11. Are you a fan of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys as well as Xena?
Nope. Didn't like it as a kid either...or was that Sinbad? I forget...

12. What are your other favorite shows, if any?
X-files I followed like crazy when it was airing. I watch the L word, the Daily Show and Colbert Report but really don't watch much TV nowadays.

that's true! But somehow I felt like he could be so genuine sometimes, that is, toward the end of the show. In the beginning he seemed to be this complete manipulator of Xena, and toward the end I just felt like he was very authentic toward Xena (but a complete manipulator of everyone else!). Xena was kinda the opposite. In the beginning, to me, she reacted genuinely toward Ares and toward the end she wasn't. I think that's all part of her 'fool me once' attitude, but that's just my opinion.
