What's your favorite pet story idea that just didn't- wouldn't- couldn't work out no matter how hard you tried?

I always felt like the Horde deserved to be revisited and/or gone into in a little more depth, and I just knew it would make a good story. I made a new painted and tried to make it look as real as possible. Together this have taken 19 hours. The details took a lot of time.
I was looking at the reference pic and tried to make it look as much identical as possible.

I'm proud over this one and I consider it my best digital painting so far.

Ok, so I'm trying to find a particular piece of fan fiction. I read it a few years ago online, and I can only remember a few details about it. The story involves Xena, Gabrielle, Hercules, and Iolaus and they all end up staying at a tavern (maybe cyrenes) at some point after a tragic incident involving Xena and Gabrielle. One of them is hurt, and somehow Hercules and Iolaus end up there afterwards. I'm thinking it may have more than one part...the tragic incident...

by Xenafiction.net standerns. I got an idea for a Xena/Hetalia crossover and I knew I have to make it long or at least Chap 1 long in order for xenafiction.net to post it, but how long does it have to be to qualify Chap 1 as a very short story at the most?

So I found this really cute Lucy pic in one of my many folders and I just had to draw it.
The lips came out worse than I hoped for, but they were that full on the Lucy pic. I first thought I was going to change them up and make them smaller but then, it wouldn't be Lucy, and it wouldn't fit with the whole painting, so I didn't.
